The plan
How Epique's Compensation Works
Individual agents pay $149 a month plus a one-time $99 join fee. The individual cap starts at $15,000 and drops $1,000 a year to $10,000. No franchise fees, no desk fees and no annual fees. Team plans include lower caps: $10,000 for Traditional and Family Teams and $5,000 for Power Teams, with a reduced $99 monthly fee. Revenue share and stock awards are layered on top.

Epique Compensation FAQs
How much does Epique Realty cost?
Individual agents pay a $99 one-time join fee, $149 a month, an 85/15 split until they cap and a 0.1% transaction fee capped at $500 per deal. There are no royalties, desk fees or annual fees.
What is a declining cap?
Your cap is the most you'll pay in company split in a year. At Epique, the individual cap starts at $15,000 and drops $1,000 each year you stay, down to $10,000. Once you cap, you keep 100% of your split for the rest of the year.
Does Epique offer health insurance for agents?
Epique includes healthcare benefits such as $0 primary care, prescriptions, urgent care and mental health support, plus dental and vision plans. Availability can vary by state; I'll go over what applies to you.
Why count benefits my brokerage doesn't offer?
Because you're paying for them either way. If you buy your own healthcare, CRM, photography or coaching today, that money comes out of what you keep. Counting it shows the real difference.
How do I join Epique with Desiree?
