Each structure gets full Epique tech, benefits and support.
Family Teams
For two-person teams: spouses, siblings, parents, children or in-laws. Share one cap and a lower monthly fee, while each person keeps individual benefits like healthcare.
Traditional Teams
The classic team structure for two or more agents, with custom splits and full tech access. Team members get a reduced $99 monthly fee and a $10,000 cap, and can still earn the Power Award.
Power Teams
Epique's model for high-volume teams scaling fast, with a lower member cap ($5,000) and a reduced monthly fee. Qualifications apply.

What happens to our pending deals?
That depends on your current agreement. We'll review it together and build the timeline around your closings so nothing gets disrupted.
Do all my agents have to move at once?
Not necessarily. We'll plan the order and timing that works for your team and your contracts.
Is White Label available in my state?
It's only available in select states. Book a call and I'll confirm for where you and your agents are licensed.
What is the transaction fee for teams?
Epique's transaction fee is 0.1% of the sale price, capped at $500 per deal.
How long does a transition take?
Every team is different. It depends on your notice period, the size of the team and how much data is moving. We'll map it out on our first call.
